Nine policemen held hostage by vandals

Ogun - Pipeline vandals have abducted nine policemen attached to the Inspector-General of Police Special Anti-Vandalism team at Arepo, Ogun State, Vanguardreports. Two members of the officers were reportedly shot dead while two others were said to have been abducted by the vandals after a gun duel between the officers and the vandals. The police authorities said the actual number of the abducted officers remains classified so as not to worsen the security condition in the area and the nation at large. Read more at Vanguard
